The deadlines run through the weekend.
The marketplaces spell out how fast you must answer and in which language. Miss it and you put account health and visibility at risk.
- Amazon.de 24 hours Including weekends and holidays, in the local language. Auto-responders do not count as a response. Source
- Kaufland 48 hours For every open ticket, weekends and holidays count. The sanctions end with your offers being hidden. Source
- OTTO 48 hours Monday to Friday. German-language customer service is mandatory. Source
- eBay.de Max. 0.3 % Cases closed without seller resolution. Fall below standard and you face lower ranking and held payouts. Source
You stay in control. Replywerk does the work.

What sellers ask first.
Won't the AI write nonsense?
It starts in draft mode: for two weeks you see every answer. Auto-send is switched on per topic, only where it has been right. It only answers from your order data and your knowledge, and anything it is unsure about goes to a person.
Doesn't Amazon ban automated messages?
Amazon bans unsolicited and marketing messages and doesn't count auto-responders as a response. Real answers to the buyer's own question are what Amazon asks for. The rule guard stops what a channel forbids before it goes out.
Where is my data?
Replywerk is a product of Codext GmbH, a German company. The app and data are on servers in Germany, and a DPA is available on request. Customer data is only used to answer your tickets, never for training. To be straight about it: the language model currently runs through OpenAI, so the model call does not stay in Germany. An EU-hosted option is planned.
How much work is switching?
Very little. We do the setup. You give us access to your channels and your FAQ or old replies. The first drafts are ready in a few days, and nothing is sent while you test.
Is it worth it compared to hiring?
A German support agent costs around EUR 2,935 gross per month (according to gehalt.de), with no weekend cover. Starter costs EUR 149 a month, and no plan charges per user.
How do Amazon and OTTO messages come in?
Through the notification emails of the platforms, as OTTO has no messaging API. Kaufland and eBay are connected directly by API.
Does Replywerk answer phone calls?
No. Replywerk handles written inquiries, phone calls stay with you.
